Thalia was born in Athens in 1988 and began her studies in 2006 at the Panteion University of Athens in the Department of Sociology. Having developed a special interest in Man and Art, she quickly got involved in amateur and professional Theatre, Contemporary dance and Contact next to inspiring teachers, as well as painting.
In 2011, her love for massage was revealed. The same year, she followed the basic Thai Yoga Massage 90h training next to Takis Economou at the Sunshine School in Evia. Since then, committed to her practice, she continued with a number of specialized courses based on Thai Massage in Greece and in Thailand. Thalia has attended traditional Thai Massage techniques (Pichest, Mr Nut and Jack Chaiya), Thai Oil Massage techniques (Athena Sidiropoulou), Osteo Thai Massage techniques (Arno L’hermitte), Chi Nei Tsang (Mrs. Khun Ni); she has also taught courses as assistant next to great teachers at the Sunshine School.
Since 2017 she has successfully graduated from the Healing Massage training at the Academy of Chinese Medicine and a variety of oil treatment trainings as Deep Tissue massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point therapy and Aromatherapy. Also she has completed the MISP (Massage in school program) education and the Butterfly Touch therapy of Eva Reich.
At the same time, she explores her love for the human body and its abilities by studying anatomy and physiology, Ayurvedic diet-philosophy and rawism. Furthermore, the psycho-pedagogical method of Danis Bois has come to her center of attention. She also continues her practice in Yoga, dance and various movement techniques aimed at minimizing muscle strain, such as the Feldenkrais method, while completing her training in Polestar Pilates.
She loves walking in nature, climbing and swimming.
The last few years, she has started teaching Thai Massage in Greece and abroad.
