Functional training

Functional training (resistance training/muscle strengthening) is a method that combines bodyweight exercises with external resistance.

This is achieved primarily through circuit training programs, as well as alternating sets of exercises, often maintaining a high level of intensity. The goals of this training are muscle hypertrophy, improvement of cardiovascular and muscular endurance, enhanced joint mobility, and better bodily functionality through neuromuscular coordination.

By participating in these workouts, trainees improve their ability to lift, push, and pull objects with greater ease and safety, gain better body control, and perform both simple and complex motor skills in daily life! The class is open to people of all ages and “fitness levels”.
