Pilates Reformer is an exercise method suitable for everyone, regardless of gender, age, weight or fitness level. It is named after the most well-known pilates equipment (also known as the “pilates bed”) designed by Joseph Pilates himself to implement his method.
There is such a wide range of exercises to fully satisfy the needs of a pregnant woman, an athlete, a beginner or a senior. The large number of exercises of different level and difficulty trains the whole body and offers muscle strengthening, flexibility, correct posture and body and movement awareness.
Additional benefits of the Pilates Reformer are the effective strengthening of the torso, the improvement of mobility and protection from injuries, the enhancement of good mood and the controlling of daily stress.
